Ο Δημήτρης Παπαγγελόπουλος έχει ήδη απαλλαγεί για όλα τα κακουργήματα που προσπάθησε να του φορτώσει το Μέγαρο Μαξίμου, όπως σύσταση συμμορίας, εκβίαση, δωροδοκία, που τελικά κατέρρευσαν. Έπρεπε όμως για κάτι να τους παραπέμψουν ώστε να αποφύγει τον διασυρμό η δικαιοσύνη και η κυβέρνηση.

Απαλλακτικό είναι το βούλευμα του πενταμελούς Δικαστικού Συμβουλίου του Ειδικού Δικαστηρίου περί ευθύνης υπουργών, το οποίο δημοσιεύθηκε αργά απόψε, Για την μεγάλη πλειοψηφία των ανθρώπων που αγωνίστηκαν για να αποκαλυφθεί το μέγα σκάνδαλο Novartis και βρέθηκαν κατηγορούμενοι από ένα θηριώδες σύστημα διαφθοράς που λυμαίνεται την Ελλάδα.

Δεν παραπέμπονται τελικά στο Ειδικό Δικαστήριο ούτε οι δύο στενοί συνεργάτες της Ελένης Τουλουπάκη, επίκουροι εισαγγελείς Διαφθοράς (εισαγγελείς Πρωτοδικών) Χρήστος Ντζούρας και Στέλιος Μανώλης, όπως επίσης απαλλακτικό είναι το βούλευμα και για τους εκδότες Γιάννη Φιλιππάκη και Κώστα Βαξεβάνη, καθώς και για τους δημοσιογράφους Γιάννα Παπαδάκου

Λίγες μόλις ημέρες πριν, η Πρόεδρος της Δημοκρατίας Κατερίνα Σακελλαροπούλου, απένειμε τα παράσημα του Ανώτερου Ταξιάρχη του Τάγματος του Σωτήρος στον Μαργαρίτη Σχοινά, αντιπρόεδρο της Ευρωπαϊκής Επιτροπής.

Πρόκειται για μια πραγματική φαρσοκωμωδία. Η πρόεδρος που επί των ημερών της αναρτήθηκε για πρώτη φορά στην ιστορία του ΟΗΕ παράνομη συμφωνία η οποία ακρωτηριάζει τον εθνικό κορμό, παρασημοφόρησε τον επίτροπο που επί των ημερών του για πρώτη φορά η Τουρκία κατάφερε να περάσει τον όρο «τουρκικό Αιγαίο» στην ΕΕ.

Και με την παράσημο! Του τάγματος του Σωτήρος!

Αν πάντως ο Ερντογάν δεν ήταν αχάριστος, θα είχε θεσμοθετήσει άμεσα ένα αντίστοιχο παράσημο του «τάγματος του Σωτήρος του Ερντογάν», και θα το απένειμε στην Σακελλαροπούλου και στον Σχοινά. Είναι το ελάχιστο που μπορεί να κάνει για αυτά τα δύο πρόσωπα που παρέλαβαν έναν Ερντογάν απομονωμένο, με πολλαπλά εμπάργκο και σαφείς καταδίκες…

More than 4,500 Palestinian prisoners have been enduring harsh detention conditions inside Israeli jails, including 600 sick detainees who do not have access to proper healthcare,Safa news agencyreported yesterday.

Safa reported sources close to the prisoner issue saying that 200 of the 600 sick prisoners are suffering from chronic diseases and are not undergoing the necessary medical treatment.

Two Palestinians drivers were run over and detained yesterday by Israeli occupation officers who hit them with their vehicle near the town of Al-Khader to the south of occupied Bethlehem, reportedWafanews agency.

Local eyewitnesses said Israeli officers hit the Palestinians, who were riding on their motorcycle. The pair, from the Dheisheh Refugee Camp, suffered severe injuries.

Yesterday, despite the deteriorating mental and physical condition of the child detainee Ahmad Manasra, the Committee for Early Releases refused to listen to the pleadings of the defense team nor to discuss their request to release Manasra, claiming that his file was classified under the “terrorism law”.

Manasra’s defense team had submitted an appeal to consider his case, as he has developed serious mental health problems since his arrest as a child seven years ago when he was 13 years old.

Updated: “Israeli Soldiers Injure 64 Palestinians, Including Children, In Nablus”

On Thursday dawn, Israeli soldiers injured sixty-four Palestinians, including children and an infant, in Nablus, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank.

Ahmad Jibril, the head of the Emergency Department at the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) in Nablus, said the soldiers shot a young man with a live round in the thigh before the medics rushed him to a hospital in the city.

Jibril added that the soldiers shot sixteen Palestinians with rubber-coated steel bullets, including four who were hospitalized for further treatment.

PRCS medics also treated forty Palestinians who suffered the severe effects of tear gas inhalation, including four children and an infant who were rushed to Rafidia hospital for further treatment.

Jibril stated that five Palestinians suffered burns from Israeli concussion grenades and gas bombs, and two were injured after falling while the soldiers were chasing them.
